Again, a slightly negative take on it, but I'm not sure we will get either brains or emotion with this deal, in fact it's almost like their lack of brains sent then down the big Dunc route cause of the emotion of the fans, then it spiralled down hill from there

Lets just get one thing straight here, Kenwright was only ever concerned about himself and his keeping his pals sweet. He was never interested in taking this club forward. That was evident when turned down the chance to move to the Kings Dock twenty years ago. Not an Evertonian in my eyes.

Maybe i`m being a pessimist but it just seems odd to me ,i know they say no news is good news but ,and i know i`m stating the obvious but change is needed at Everton FC and the sooner it can be started the better

Plus another factor is my son is a Forest fan ,so is my eldest daughters partner and to top it all off my son in law is red

That’s not the case at all. The FA, PL and FCA all have to approve the purchase. They cant outright block it but they do have to approve it. There are set criteria the purchasers have to meet. Once they have shown they can meet those criteria then the approvals will be given. FCA is about providing credit facilities to consumers. (Season tickets etc) and possibly money laundering checks. The FA approve them to be directors in English football and then the premier league approve the purchase based on meeting set criteria. Those normally are background checks and making sure certain types of convictions aren’t present. Funding for the purchase and funding for a period of time going forward.
