While we ponder some of the more serious questions ahead of a massive season for the club going into a new stadium…
On a lighter note what jobs do our players look like they would do if they weren’t footballers?
First one that sprung to mind to me was that James Garner would almost certainly be working on the fish counter in a Morrisons
I could see Michael Keane as a jolly postman

PSR Tim def looks like an estate agent. Branthwaite is running one a butchers stand on a market. Seamus looks like he should be wearing khaki's and keeping an eye on the velociraptor pen.

I had Pickford down as an eccentric Butcher
Gana Gueye I can just picture him in a polo shirt with a lanyard on but not sure what job - maybe in a car showroom

Dweezy would be a super affable tiler
Edit: He’d need bucketloads of sugary tea and biscuits to stay productive in this weather, though.

I also reckon he would be open-minded enough to adopt the cotton wool on fire up the nostrils thing that he picked up from some Turkish colleagues at some point.
