I don’t think he’s showing anything different, Moyes is just using him better.

He has all the same faults he had, we’re just playing around them better

Correct.

One of the biggest plusses of having a manager like Moyes.

You just know the training session after Brighton as soon as Dom went down they where working on it in training. It's no surprise that the very next game and his last 3 goals have all been similar, playing the ball in behind quickly.

Dyche will have just told him to leg it about and get stuck in.

I like the way on the the goal last night and his second vs Leicester the way he let's the ball run across his body a d opens up to slot. Really good forward play.

Big issue with DCL is he would want a touch that would take him wide and onto his left.

there is zero question that beto is a MILES better finisher than dom, IMO anyway

I like him and I'd keep him.

With Broja likely to return to Chelsea, DCL's situation still up in the air and Chermiti pretty much unproven and coming back from a long-term injury, Beto is our only real known quantity.

Is he the player to build a team around? Probably not. But if we can play to his strengths - which I don't necessarily think is to the detriment of the team - he's shown he can be a handful for defenders and a useful option for us.

14 games left, 6 goals to get to double figures.

I back him to get there.

Now he’s getting a good run in the team instead of coming on for 20 minutes and starting the odd game he’s showing what he’s got.

He's averaging a goal every 120 minutes and he's probably going to start most games between now and the end of the season, there's a very good chance he'll getvto double figures.

I said Ndiaye would get double figures a week ago, so not saying anything else here.

I think center halves are going to be well drilled to get closer and not leave room on the deck for through balls.

Their training drills against us have been to defend hopeful pumps into the box and so their entire concern has been winning second balls.

I'd be very surprised if teams continued leaving the space between their back line for Beto to run onto going forward

Highly likely he plays and starts every game from now until the end of the season so he's got plenty of chances to hit 10 at least.

His confidence will be through the roof now.
