Saved our season. Don't think we'd have bought another CB and if not for him then you'd be looking at Keane/Godfrey for the first half of the season.

Yeah we've basically been able to fit a £50m defender in in place of Keane, which can't be underestimated when it comes to the impact that has had.

He's got everything really. We all knew he had a touch of class, but he's also willing to do the nasty stuff, and his anticipation is really excellent. He sees problems unfolding while he still has a chance to do something about them (as evidenced by the slide that @AjaxAndy referred to earlier).

Trying not to get too attached as he’s merely passing through, but he’s just so good

Hope not, he'll be playing somewhere else next year if that happens. I want him for another year at least

Him and Stones at the back is the perfect modern day pairing really, although I think really he needs more of a leader type beside him just now.

Should be in the squad for 2024 but hope he doesn't get too much asked of him too soon, he's still extremely inexperienced.

Imagine him and a fully fit Big Yeraldo, would’ve been top 4 standard

He'll go in the summer for big money, not chance we'll sell in January.

Wouldn’t be so sure about January.
777 have loaned us £100 million just to keep the lights on, apparently we burn £20 million a month. 777 have said that’s it, not a penny more if the deal isn’t done. I doubt we have others waiting in the wings to buy us we may face the real possibility of going into administration. If the only alternative to getting a further 9 point deduction for going into administration is to sell a key player then Branthwaite would be one of only three players that could attract a significant fee.
Just saying, it’s a possibility.

Take it neither you nor SOTS accept that it is a possibility ? O.k let’s leave it there then.
