Re: Jarrad Branthwaite
Utd are a bit pathetic now. They are losing pull and their financial advantage over the other elites at the same time. Rather than cutting their cloth accordingly their new plan is just to offer less money for the same targets. Its all a bit sad and delusional

Hardly touching the ball whilst beating the shite on a Wednesday night can do strange things to a man.

Re: Jarrad Branthwaite
If it was up to me, I wouldn't sell Jarrad Branthwaite to Manchester United at any price after the shite they have come up with... getting the media to try and unsettle etc.. Just refuse any offer regardless now...
Re: Jarrad Branthwaite

It's pretty standard practice, I bet we've offered ridiculously low offers for players we've subsequently ended up buying, you test the water. If they pay up, let him go. He's a really talented player that will get better, but at the moment I don't see him as being anywhere near a 70 million player, but I'm hopeful that will come, so it's a bit of a stand off ATM based on degrees of potential and how you value thatihatecollina wrote: ↑Wed Jul 03, 2024 2:46 pm If it was up to me, I wouldn't sell Jarrad Branthwaite to Manchester United at any price after the shite they have come up with... getting the media to try and unsettle etc.. Its not standard practice to have the whole of the media on the case... doing their leg work.Raptor wrote: ↑Wed Jul 03, 2024 3:11 pm![]()

It is if you're a 'bigger' club, just look at Arsenal last season with Riceihatecollina wrote: ↑Wed Jul 03, 2024 3:21 pm Its not standard practice to have the whole of the media on the case... doing their leg work.
Re: Jarrad Branthwaite
Yes but it's not as if Utd are circling and willing to pay the £75m/£80m price tag like Arsenal were with Rice.
Utd are behaving like vultures at a car boot sale when you first arrive and when you are still taking the first things out of the boot. And then offer you 10p for your best item that should cost £10.

Hilarious to see Man United failing to throw their weight around. A hilarious misunderstanding and mishandling of the whole situation. They don't have any leverage in this situation.
