Hes probably worth that. Think the issue is the wages. You want a cheap transfer to cover the wages hes not worth

Worth it or not, we can’t be spending £20m plus on a 28 year old RB who’s good but not that good.

It’s lighting money on fire. Moshiri-era business.

Dont disagree though moshiri era is a bit harsh. We just signed shite. Lighting money on fire would have been more economical

Everton boss David Moyes is set to make a decision on a deal for right back Daniel Munoz. Terms not considered a problem. The fee would be just around £20 million. Moyes just has to commit to the Colombian he may not fit snugly into his way of playing.

Surely you just pull the trigger at that price.

As others have said though surely he has better suitors?

Munoz would genuinely make us more into European contenders than Grealish would.

Given we’re apparently happy to spend masses on loan fee and wages for Grealish we should sign Munoz today if possible.

I know he’s thirty and won’t have resale value but he’s a top six level right back, it would be amazing

He's a good player, at least attacking wise, but I'm not convinced on spending 20m on a 30 year old full back. You're gonna maybe a couple of seasons before his legs start to go. Improves the 11 instantly though.

Same, we can buy a young backup next season who's ready to take over if/when his legs go

Tell Moyes to fuck off

He’s still having a strop we didn’t get Coufal

Edit: oh and Moyes way of playing? You mean full backs who just defend and aren’t allowed to go forwards

I think we've gone past worrying about fees and sell on value for now - to a degree. The season starts in a couple of weeks and it annoys me as much as any one else that we've signed several players that should have been further down the priority list than a RB
