How do you replace what he does though?

Gonna be tough but I can see us going in a different direction in midfield this season.

Can't replace that, but its time to play a different way. I want a footballer or two in midfield.

I really hope we move on so Moyes can't rely on him and we have to do something different - we often stumble into something that works when Moyes has his hand forced

Almost on par with Pickford for me. I don’t think losing Gana would be as catastrophic as losing Pickford though.

It will be if we don’t replace him. We had relegation fight form when he was injured.

Not really a surprise given earlier tweets. Good luck to him though.

He will be missed, but at the same time, at some point we clearly did need to find a solution without him given his age.
