Oh man what a chance for Sweden there.
France just too good though all over the pitch.
Elanga against Digne might be there only hope.

Re: World Cup 2026
You can see the moment Mbappe just said "fuck it, I'm scoring". Scary stuff.
Although Sweden conceded 5 against the Dutch, so maybe making it too easy here as well.

Incredible.
Not seen a team like this on the international stage for a long time.
Now they’re bringing on Doue. Cherki can’t even get a minute.

Re: World Cup 2026
No shame in that defeat.
We lost to the champions.
Or will they be the Brazil of -82?

Another red card for covering the mouth.
Seems so easy not to do. Makes you wonder what kind of stuff these guys are saying on a regular basis when you’ve seen the rule enforced and still feel the need.

I like the rule and that it’s actually being enforced.
Sustained enforcement will eventually make snide cunts think twice before saying something heinous to wind their opponent up.
If you don’t want lip readers to have a chance to figure out what you said, you shouldn’t be saying it.

Its standard behaviour now though. Its not necessarily something overtly problematic thats being said. Cover your mouth so that people can't see what you're saying is now near enough a habit in the PL. You see our players doing it every week, particularly Grealish and KDH.
Its hard to break a habit.
