Avoided the score and watched it this morning at 8am. Really good game, particularly second half, a whole lot less diving and var nonsense thankfully, Korea looked really impressive in parts, Koreas equaliser was superbly taken

This looks like it was a decent game from the highlights.

And another Wolves player scores.
Good to the see the Beeb sticking the score in the title and thumbnail. Really helpful that.

The BBC are in disarray at the moment.

Can’t get anything right.

I don’t pretend to pay my licence fee for such a poor standard.

Korea look a decent outfit. Had them down as my dark horses as they had some decent pre World Cup results.

Looked vulnerable on set pieces but in their defence they were facing the best set piece takers in the competition.

Looking forward to seeing Canada tonight.

Hope they’re able to be their best players on the pitch for this tournament.

Would be a huge shame if we don’t see much of Davies.

The BBC have come up with this

bbc.com/nospoilers - however still the thumbnail for Mexico v South Africa is Raul Jimenez celebrating a goal and has a caption about there being 3 red cards

I found this, which might be better

https://spoilerfreefootball.lovable.app/

Contains links to bbc and itvs highlights of the games without telling you the score

I did successfully watch Korea v Czech Republic just through the itv x and watched the full 90mins. But with the sheer amount of games that will be on through the early hours, and limited downtime when I’m in work I’ll probably watch these 10min highlights and hopefully avoid the scores

Yeah, it was a fun game and a better watch in all honesty than the opener. South Korea played on the front foot and were actively pushing to score but Czechia had a threat too particularly from set pieces.

Even in the US the game didn’t finish until just after midnight, which felt odd. I don’t know why the large gap between the opening fixture to this one?

You could see it being a pretty tight group between Mexico, South Korea and Czechia as the latter could trouble Mexico.

You’d probably still fancy Mexico at home to win the group, but South Korea have the potential to finish top too based on that display.

No Davies tonight and I'd be surprised if he's in a group match at all.

Bombito they say is fit but I doubt he'll be seen at all. 30 minutes in 9 months is not enough to throw him in.

Flores replaced after his ACL tear a couple weeks ago.

A few others either returning from injury or still out: Ali Ahmed and Jacob Shaffelburg likely out, a handful of others hopefully close to full fitness.

You are all about to witness Liam Millar on the left wing look unbelievable at times but never assist or score a goal.

Cyle Larin likely to start but has 1 goal in his last 20+ matches for Canada. I suspect he is replaced by Promise David around 60 minutes.

Im very excited and nervous now, first ever world cup match on home soil and a chance for our first ever world cup win.

Thomas Partey denied entry to Canada. Shame.

My plan is to record the Scotland game and get up at about 5.30am to watch it, dropped a bit of a bollock and I'm golfing at 8am so I'm not really into getting up at 2am or staying up and watch it and try and get through Sunday with about 4 hours sleep.

I hadn't even realised that helmet Jesse Marsch was Canada's manager.
