Isn't it great that if Moyes and the club knew about this 5 weeks ago then the verdict obviously has been held back from public comment and buried under 'World Cup Fever' in the close-season, in order to take any/all of the sting; fan backlash and proper analysis out of it.
It shouldn’t affect anything regarding the transfer funds or even the Friedkens, iirc it was in the negotiations of the sale that if this happened, then it would come out of what Moshiri gets for the club.
55 million, then 35 million... i saw it reported as 40. Forest are as guilty as us, that's excluding the favourite teams for the corrupt Premier League, who seem immune to the rules by which the rest are judged

Just highlights the inadequecies of the reporting by journalists and people claiming to be “in the know”….basically rumour mongering..

Moyes said he was aware it was happening 4/5 weeks ago…..not he was aware of the outcome…as at that time there was obviously no outcome….

You can't blame their fans for what their club has done.

Nah, just hike the prices up at the away tea bars for the fucking inbreds.£15 a pint and a tenner for a pie. Maybe even put a 2 for the price of 3 offer on for them. Gotta claw our £40m back somehow. Charge the away team coach for parking and charge their players to use the bogs in the dressing room. Fuck the cunts!
I've heard that the independent panel are being groomed to referee some of our games next season.
£20 for a programme, £10 early access to the stadium (normal entry 15 minutes before kick off), £5 reentry to stand should they leave to go to toilet or bar, £30 charge for leaving early and a 300% surcharge on any and all food and beverages.

That might well be right.
Then I'm confused about why he said 4/5 weeks when the action was launched 3(ish?) years ago.
Perhaps it was just that we were given advice that it was likely we would lose the case, given how it was tracking? Or how long it was going to last.
