Richarlison
Re: Richarlison
Hopefully our recruitment policy runs a bit deeper than "who loves us, still posts about us on Instagram and ran around with a blue flare?"
Re: Richarlison
Being on the Everton transfer committee seems to be the easiest job in the world. You just load up FM from 8 years, look at the Everton squad, then check their current contract status on Transfermarkt.
Re: Richarlison
28 premier league appearances out of 34 would suggest otherwise tbf.Bluedylan1 wrote: ↑Sat May 02, 2026 7:28 am He's absolutely cooked physically.
Would be a disastrous decision from the club.
Had problems admittedly after signing but looks like he's over them now.

Re: Richarlison
He’s also popped up with goals for this toothless, gutless mess of a Spurs side. Without him, they’d be below Burnley.

Re: Richarlison
He's worse now than when he was here. Spurs have flogged him on top of the flogging he had with us, but he's such a willing player, he'll just do it to his credit. He's only played that many games because they've ruined all their other attackers.
Any Spurs fan will tell you he can barely run now.
Re: Richarlison
Just watch him.
All that power and turn of speed has gone.
It’s tragic how many times a full back just ushers him out of play whenever he tries to go past someone these days.
It’s a shame for him, but he’s far past his best.

We are meant to be on the up. He should be going to coventry or Ipswich. We absolutely have to move away from decisions based almost solely on sentiment

Re: Richarlison
Not for me. Love the guy, but everyone saying how much they love him would be on his back after 6 months because he can’t be the same player he was before and that would make me sad.
Re: Richarlison
Still has 9 premier league goals to his name though so he can't be that gone.Bluedylan1 wrote: ↑Sat May 02, 2026 11:40 am He's worse now than when he was here. Honestly I wish our strikers were that far gone
Like I said though, he isn't who I'd want, and given what Spurs paid for him I doubt we'd get him for a price that would make it even vaguely worthwhile. I think he's still a decent enough player though as his appearance numbers and goals suggest.
Re: Richarlison
It's weird as he was never or hardly ever injured for us.
Would be about the deal for me.
Would have to be a loan with an option.
Anything else then swerve.

Not for me. That ship has long since sailed. Prefer to have the memories than have him back not quite what he was.
Re: Richarlison
His winger days are over and I never rated him as a striker. If we go for him in the summer someone needs sacking.

Re: Richarlison
Love him but unless he’s available for inexplicably little and is willing to slug it out as a rotation forward option (wide or central), then no thanks.
I think we used up most of his best football and sold at a perfect time.
