Doesn't help having a CB playing behind him either... Just absolutely no creativity on that side.

I know Moyes keeps talking about Europe but he also keeps setting us up as if we're desperately scrapping for 17th and survival. It's infuriating.

He should be back out on loan but the Grealish injury fucked us.

I wouldn't start him in CM either though, I think as of right now Iroegbunam is the better CM option over Armstrong, Rohl or Gana as he adds some much needed dynamism in there and can actually turn and carry the ball forward.

True but I think Moyes plays him because he likes that whatever he tells him to do he tries his hardest to do it. If Grealish was fit he may well have gone back to Preston but can't help thinking he'd have kept him around for this reason and shoehorned him in somewhere else instead.

Armstrong clearly has a brilliant attitude and we will benefit from him getting this game time right now, but as with O'Brien who will be a better CB long term for playing out of position, it just feels so bloody frustrating watching it nullify our attacking threat down the sides. Especially when you have multiple players playing out of position which compounds the issue.

Looks ok at this level, which at his age is fantastic. The only way is up.

Yea he doesn’t excite me unfortunately.

But as todd says, he doesn’t look out of place at 19, which is a fantastic achievement imo.

Thats where im at. He looks like a bit of a nothing player but being an okay premier league player at his age is a great start. Not sure why hes not back on loan at preston. Think we've got 2 or 3 who haven't been playing that are both currently better and better fit our needs

Yep another half a season playing regularly in his best position in the a Championship team trying for the playoffs is infinitely better than being stuck out on the wing or being a bit part player here.

Not sure what some people are seeing. Im seeing a 19 year old with a fantastic engine, good vision, attacking intent, reads the game well, comfortable passer, very versatile. Really excited for what he can be.

Nothing really stands out to me, but that's fine at his age.

Looks a good all rounder but it's hard to tell if he'll be a 6 or an 8. He's certainly not a 10 or a wide player.

I think he's got Declan Rice vibes potentially but it's too early to say if he is actually that type of player.
