Players can be content or displeased with the part of the country they're living in, or dislike who they play with, but they're professionals so its poor if thats translating into not putting the effort in.

I dont think its that though, its just his style and hes not switched on enough yet, for following runners, getting in the right shape/positions, making the right runs & right decisions etc.

He has the talent but he needs more experience and some good coaching. In the meantime he'll frustrate and cost us points, but its part of bringing youngsters through.

Not a good look for Dibling is it when the lad recalled from loan due to us being low on numbers is straight in and he still can't get a game.

Armstrong has shown a lot more in 10 minutes, hopefully he takes notice and knuckles down.

Just bored of the whole Dibling talk now.

Concentrate on the ones that want to be here and put in the effort.

A loan move would be better for him than sitting on the bench especially if McNeil is preferred on the right and when N Diaye comes back.

Yeah we should just get him a loan. No point of him being here not playing. See if of the promotion chasing championship sides want him til the end of the season

Can’t send him on loan as he played for Southampton earlier in the season I think.

You see the shift McNeil put in and see why he isn’t trusted.

It’s poor that he can’t even be trusted to come on for ten minutes in that situation and give us some legs but the chances are he just loses the ball whenever he gets it and gets lazy off the ball.

Can’t see him getting many minutes this season and I don’t blame the manager for that.

It's not a good look he can't get on. Almost posted similar in the match thread, but neither did Aznou and he did great last time.

Just don't think Moyes was ever going to remove the grafters given the type of game it was.

Would you send him there on loan?

Unfortunately a lot of our games are very tight, with one goal either way or drawing and it's tough to bring players like Dibling on in those situations where it's on a knife edge.

I think he'll stay with us and will get more opportunities throughout the season, and then we might assess in the summer whether a loan is appropriate or not.

Things to like from his cameo again, frustrating at times but I think the example Barry has shown us is you have to give these players minutes to build to try and get that confidence up. A confident player even on their wrong foot probably takes that shot on for example or puts a cross in earlier.

I'd start him every game with Grealish out. We're not getting anything really from McNeil played on the right. If we could ever bring in an overlapping full back to play with him that would definitely help too.

He’ll hopefully get the time he needs to build into the team. He was better tonight than he has been. Needs to build a bit of strength and confidence but we need to stick with him.

Pretty sure I saw KDH have a fairly big go at him on a couple of occasions. Think he's as frustrated as we are with him at times.

Hard to really judge anything on his cameo though, some good, some bad, about what you'd expect an out of form and low confidence youngster.
