My feeling is that he is very immature and needs to grow up. He has the ability but his attitude is one of a 9 year old. Just so young and stands there as if he’s on an astroturf pitch with no responsibility to do anything.

He needs a loan or two over the next 12-18 months. But he still needs a big second half here.

Paying 30mill for someone then loaning him out for a a couple of seasons would be more financial madness.
