Why lie?
You’re not seriously arguing with those ears are you? The man’s got the best acoustic equipment in the Prem!

Wonder what sort of player he'd be if he'd stayed at Brentford rather than played Dyche-ball for years.
Yeah, was listening to a football podcast the other day and I don't remember the context but they mentioned some stat when at Brentford he was the highest % dribbler from the back of all the clubs in the Championship for two seasons. Then he moved to Burnley and kinda got the label of a meat and potatoes defender in that Dyche system and probably got a bit of lack of respect because of that.

Dyche had him playing midfield a bit before he solidified his spot in defense.

Got no time for this. Nasty behaviour and should have been sent off.

Yeah you can't be doing that. Haven't seen the full game yet, was it a yellow?

He’s an absolute yard dog. Can’t be arsed with him and can’t wait to have proper CBs playing for us.

Was pretty surprised they took no action there. Not really much media outcry either, which is also fairly surprising as usually we're in the sweet spot for pundits to get on their high horse with any infractions.

Crazily it almost seems like the difference is purely the way he was facing. I think if he went into him from the front and the player goes down clutching his face etc he'd have gone. It's almost like they were like WTF was that.

I walked out of the room in a strop calling Tarkovski every name under the sun as soon as I saw it, went to make a cup of tea expecting to see us down to 10 when I came back. It was a clear red IMO. Thankfully the refereeing and VAR were as inept as usual.

Yeah, not a great look when your captain is doing braindead shit like that. Feels like he's regressed massively this season and maybe he's feeling it too and is frustrated. I mean he's always been a shithouse, but normally at least slightly less blatant and pointless than that.

No idea how he didn't get a red. Far more 'violent conduct' than the Gana incident.
