Tim Iroegbunam
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Yeah, seems to be quite a bit of hype/expectation on Rohl with no real justification. The lad's 23 and barely has 50 top tier appearances and is a bit injury prone. I'm not sure he's the answer people are looking for.

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Well we won’t know that until moyes gives him a run of games but he can’t get in at the moment because he is so stubborn in team selection
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
No idea what type of player he even is. Moyes will end up playing him in the ten or something.
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Yeah, that'll be it, 23 years old, hardly played and his parent club have allowed him to go on loan but Moyes being stubborn is the reason he's not getting game time.Kerryblueboy wrote: ↑Wed Nov 05, 2025 10:21 am Well we won’t know that until moyes gives him a run of games but he can’t get in at the moment because he is so stubborn in team selection

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
I didn’t realise he was on loan. Thought he was ours. Is there an obligation to buy? Is it linked to appearances? Is this why Moyes would rather bring on Dwight?
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
I think he is, as long as we're not relegated.Toddacelli wrote: ↑Wed Nov 05, 2025 11:27 am I didn’t realise he was on loan. Thought he was ours. Is there an obligation to buy? Is it linked to appearances? Is this why Moyes would rather bring on Dwight?

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
The midfielder initially joins Everton FC on a loan deal, with an obligation-to-buy clause triggeredif the English side avoid relegation this season.

A suprise our own website didn't mention the relegation clause...

Yeah, I do, I don't think that's why Rohl isn't getting a game though.Kerryblueboy wrote: ↑Wed Nov 05, 2025 7:42 pm You don’t think Moyes has favourites in his team selection
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Broke up play brilliantly when he came on, if he could translate these sub appearances in to starts then we might actually have a player on our hands.
He'll be starting the next few so we'll have more of an idea after that, but he's been pretty good coming off the bench and when he started against Fulham.

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Agreed. He's also a bit of a unit too. Decent presence and seems to be slowly growing into a decent squad player at this level.AjaxAndy wrote: ↑Tue Nov 25, 2025 10:48 am Broke up play brilliantly when he came on, if he could translate these sub appearances in to starts then we might actually have a player on our hands.

Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Still a kid isn't he - he'll have his ups and downs. One of the few young players we have where we can afford to be patient and introduce him to games properly.
