Going to go support my nearest local team instead, they can’t be in any worse shit, they play at some place called Hillsborough…

Not flapping, just resigning myself to another season of nothingness.

I have horrible feeling "nothingness" is more than we can hope for to be honest

Literally what I was about to post

Flapping suggests we expected something different. Just another season of everton letting us down and being their own worst enemy. Ineptitude everywhere we look

Next signing will be fucking dibbling for crazy money and 25% of any profit. Why fix what's broken when you can just do stupid shit

Remains at - bang in trouble.

I thought the idea that all would be well because Moyes was here was a bit fanciful, and I thought the window has been a disaster.

Last night served as reminders of both for anyone who felt differently imo.

DCL would still start up front, Doucoure would be a welcome addition and to be absolutely honest with ourselves, Jack Harrison probably would have started last night on the right, and I think that is a damning indictment of the window and the squad in general.

I mean...come to think of it...Ashley Young would have played LB.

You cannot have a disastrous window that throws away points at the start of the window and expect to be fine, on the back of years and years of quality and depth being drained away from an already poor squad.

We need investment fucking now, and if we don't get it we are relying on 3 teams being worse or more unlucky.

Maybe its apathy more than anything after the last few years but just not really worried at all and don't think we'll even be close to going down this season.

Still 0. We will sign the players we need.

I saw Brentford, West Ham and Burnley over the weekend and they were all shite.

We have a bad record at Elland Road and are always slow starters. Especially under Moyes.

Honestly it just makes me a little bit sad, a little bit annoyed, a little bit stressed. The whole thing is just a constant source of slight unhappiness. It just shouldn't always be like this

You just wonder if it's ever going to get better. We seem stuck in an endless cycle of a bit shitty

Pretty much ok at the moment. I was fortunate to be travelling back from a festival last night so didn't watch the game but the result doesn't make much differnece to how I feel. I had no expectation to have our signings done and bedded in before the season started. We've been a shit-show for the best part of a decade, we are still suffering a bit on the PSR front, almost half the league has European football to offer and I've stopped crying tears for players who (probably) we weren't in for/wouldn't come to us/had better offers/we couldn't afford, etc.

I won't start to flap until the tranfer window closes. I get the arguments about points lost while we wait but I expect it will take more than one summer for the new regime to radically change what we do. IF we don't bring in more bodies and we have to look forward to square pegs in round holes until January (at least) then I'll spread my wings and flap with the best! All a bit sad in a way, I've resigned myself to mediocrity.

Was not flapping over the season at all. Was not expecting us to be involved in the relegation discussion at all.

But that’s because I was expecting some business. At this rate, if we don’t do some real business soon, we will be right in the relegation grinder.

Flapometer shifted from 1-6 on the basis of one game and I don’t think that’s an overreaction.

I’m getting a little anxious at the lack of movement on the right hand side.

On the other hand, with a left footer at left back and a proper midfielder in there with KDH and Gana, we wouldn’t have looked quite so ridiculous playing out from the back last night and might’ve offered some resistance.

I still think we’ll be fine when the dust settles.

Was disturbing that Moyes left a completely disinterested Beto on the whole time though.
