Will he even be fit for Leeds given he has had no pre-season?

Re: Jack Grealish
Yeah I'm keen, my iliman Ndiaye is Tim Cahill not Pienaar theory!
Could do with an overlapping lb couldn't we, maybe aznou will grow into it when he has a few games with a Cl level player ahead of him.

Re: Jack Grealish
I'd like more interchangeable play were Ndiaye and Grealish create chaos for their markers. Add a decent RW and we could be far more potent in attack
Re: Jack Grealish
Would say that if we do play with a ten we can't accommodate Gana and KDH in a double pivot I don't think, we already leave too many gaps with Gana and Garner and JG is much much more defensively disciplined than KDH who is a lil press machine.

Re: Jack Grealish
It's good to see Haaland liking all Grealish's posts - sets us up nicely for his loan move next summer.
Re: Jack Grealish
I was thinking about this today and I also don’t see how KDH and Gana both fit into the side with Grealish at 10. I would love to be wrong but just can’t see how both fit into the side whilst keeping defensive solidity, which Moyes favours.
That means we might see quite a bit of Garner for balance or perhaps see a 4-3-2-1 diamond. That could work, especially without a RW, and Grealish/N’Diaye as the two. But then it goes back to our fullbacks being so weak that they would be unable to provide the width needed.
Moyes has some serious thinking to do!

Yeah atm for me I think garner has to start to help balance Gueye and the dribblybois.Gary1878 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 8:05 pm I was thinking about this today and I also don’t see how KDH and Gana both fit into the side with Grealish at 10. If anyone knows how to get the most out of his ingredients it's Moyes. The free role 10 stuff is interesting. Maybe he's just thinking...listen nobody can kick a ball. Get this lad on the ball again and again and again in front of the box and see if he can conjour something up.
