That’s the thing with English players. We could get a lot more for our money in Europe for 35 million +

🚨Everton have submitted a 3rd bid for Tyler Dibling. Their init bid was £27M, their bid towards the end of last week was around £35M and now the package is nearer £40M

Expected to be knocked back. Think id walk away.

We are desperate for players though so i wonder if it will go much higher.

Getting taken for a ride here. By the time it ends, Southampton will own the Hill Dickinson Stadium

Teams must have their head in the sand if they didn’t know we needed players

Yeah, I don’t know about this one.

Feels like we’re treading into Richarlison/Onana territory where we’re paying about what he’ll be worth for his next move except we’re taking on much more risk because Dibling hasn’t shown nearly as much as those two had.

I like him, think he's genuinely a really talent and could go supernova. But it is looking like a big chunk of our transfer budget, presumably, so I'm not sure on the price.

Yeah.

Bummed with our pants up if we pay £45M in my opinion.

Let them keep him at that price. He's only 2 years left on his contract. We aren't desperate for him because he's yet to produce any numbers

Move on to the next target. We’re getting into way too much risk at that value.

Got a feeling this particular one will drag on until deadline day.

He'll likely want to leave and we'll meet somewhere in the middle, around 40M ish.

Would be my guess

Really think we just need to fuck this off now. Revisit it in January.
