It's nice that you can still go straight on and buy a £199 Premium ticket though.

Window came on about 4 minutes past. There were a few tickets on there, maybe like 10? Managed to grab a ticket somehow!

Glad for you that you managed to get one, the system
Seems slightly flawed though, seemingly you could have not bothered with the forever blue plus tier and still got the ticket that way?!

Resale window was only for Forever Blue and Forever Blue +

I assume that means at the moment if you haven't got some membership then you're going to get a ticket.

Eh?? So you could get a ticket in the resale?

What the actual fuck??

I hate this club.

Probably people they failed to take payment from. Seems like people have been given multiple tickets (and charged as such) too, so I assume there'll be a decent amount of tickets popping up.

Again though, communication from the club would make this all less frustrating.

I'm struggling to come to terms with how the tickets got made available at this point . 1 you had to be a forever Blue or + member , then you went in to a ballot and you could then take the option of wether to purchase or failed payment , if you where successful , if not they then go on resale .

What a fucking farce this is. Paid my £120 for two memberships, entered the ballot and have received no communication or had any attempts of money being taken for tickets and likely that I haven't been awarded any, yet there's been tickets go on sale post the ballot.

How can that be justified?

Exactly the same here mate. Didn't say any of this shit when I bought them. Priority 1 i was sold. Looks like this is the future now. This will be my last season giving them my money I think.

Just seems like they've come up with this approach so late in the day they've not considered all the possible outcomes of a ballot. Surely paying for the membership and entering the ballot should give you priority over any other means of purchasing a ticket.

Has anyone with standard Forever membership managed to enter today's ballot?

I've logged in my account to put my mates name on, which I was told I was able to, but was given the message that I didn't have access.

So unsure if that's because it thinks I haven't got a membership now, as I have a season ticket, or because it's sold out.

Had a look at purchasing a ticket directly and there were two available, in opposite ends of the stadium. Added one to basket, went to pay and was told ticket was no longer available.

Hopefully they refine and fine tune the whole ballot approach, otherwise you're going to have a lot of disgruntled and dejected fans who feel like they've been sold Forever + memberships under false pretences.

Re: Tickets

Lots of confusion. From what I can tell:

- The ballot for Forever Blue + went on Monday and closed Tuesday.

- On Thursday, they didn't get the emails out but took payments from people who were successful. This was staggered rather than all at once. There were unsuccessful people, so this would have been the only ballot.

- Today at 10am ish, the resale window went on the website for Forever Blue + and Forever Blue members.

- There was about 5 tickets and I was on there immediately. I assume these were successful ballot winners that they couldn't take payment from and therefore were put up for sale.

- It seems like some people were given more tickets than they applied for and will have to return them. How many, who knows.

- It's been quite the clusterfuck

My mate put in for 4 for us, no money's been taken and no tickets have appeared so I'd assume we're not getting any. Although the way things are going we'll probably end up with 4 Tunnel Club seats for £18.78 each. :)
