Fans don’t work like that. If we qualified we’d all be kicking off if we didn’t put out a full strength team all of the time. If we qualified we’d be in the same position as Forest or Palace, which I think would negatively impact us in the long run.

We aren’t ready for Europe. This season is all about getting people experienced and building for the future.
