Think I might have been wrong about him.
Seems to have gone up a level recently, a bit more forward passing, great breaking up play, good deliveries.
Get his contract sorted because if he keeps playing like this he'll be worth £25 million by the end of the year.

Re: Carlos Alcaraz
Thought we did benefit from his pressing and physicality today. Definitely happy to put himself about.
Personally prefer that setup today to having Iroegbunam in there as I dont think he can be trusted.

Re: Thierno Barry
Can definitely get pushed around by some of the big strong CBs in the league but he does keep going which is great. I thought he'd left it a split second late and should have hit it earlier for the goal but he slotted really well. Some good link up play at times but actually thought he wasn't great ...

Wouldn't be surprised if we're down to 9th after Monday but we're in a great spot either way.

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest
A lot of poor football on display today but overall some good bits and deserved the win. Garner continues to improve and seems to be growing in confidence with forward passing which is great to see. KDH is a scorer for sure, always involved in the final third and nice link up play. Great run we are ...

Re: Everton v Nottingham Forest
Thought we were mostly poor that half, although they were as well but felt they were building some pressure before our 2nd. Good save from Pickford and then really nice to see a goal for Barry, you can see how happy everyone is with that. Need a bit more control in the 2nd half though, can't let the...

Yes to be clear Im a big Doucoure fan and still think he'd have been an asset this season to us.
But KDH is a very different player and I've been impressed, especially recently.

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
I'd be curious what the defensive stats look like as Im certain Doucoure covered some serious gaps in midfield. KDH has impressed me a lot recently, I was not too high on the signing and feel he can get bullied a bit as he's small and a bit slow but he is a very good footballer and definitely a big ...

Re: Thierno Barry
Some good hold up play, has a very nice touch and has shown signs of good interplay. Looks totally lost in the box, can't seem to shoot, doesn't have the pace or physicality to get himself the half yard needed to get shots off. He's young, and I prefer him to Beto so keep playing him and cross our f...

Re: Michael Keane
Tarkowski has been much worse than Keane this year. Even seems slower than Keane honestly. Either way, Branthwaite is back in when he's fit and would even be nice to have JOB get a chance there as he's quicker than both Tarks and Keane and he's our long term solution. Need an actual RB to be brought...

And it's 1-4 with 10 minutes left. Go nuts young man, take on 3 players at once, shoot from 40 yards, show us what you can do.

Yea that was incredible. Score that in a competitive match and it's up for goal of the season surely.

Re: The Rebuild
Need a RB who can run fast more than anything in January.
Obviously also need a LB and at least 1 CM but I can't see us getting all of those in January.
I think an actually RB who can run and overlap will be the most impactful.
