He wants to come, I’m sure they will blink on the price

His long throws arent actually long. They rarely clear the 1st defender

We cant throw it long enough. Feels crazy we keep trying when weve no one who can actually throw it long enough

I'd imagine every player in the SPL would like a move to the EPL. Just don't see why we should be the one to make his dream come true.

This feels like the most likely scenario to me.

Moving on to other targets to have him agitate for a move and give us more leverage to get the price down.

If they don’t blink, I shudder to think what’s next though.

Although he will 100% want a move, especially given his age so chances to make the jump will be slim, he is not one to down tools and force a move.

He will have told them he wants to leave but I'd be shocked if he did anything other than continue to train and play with the same level of commitment.

If we want him we will have to hope Celtic drop their demands. I suspect we may meet somewhere in the middle of the club really wants him.

No clue about him but if we sign a right back after just doing without for a whole season and now probably through all this preseason too and he turns out to be genuinely crap then that should be it for the entire transfer committee

We absolutely have the right to expect a great outcome given the drawn out nature of it all. The problem is we are expecting the exact opposite

These rights you mention. Where did you see them written down? Expectations, absolutely, but that's about it. If we get this guy and he bombs, that's on Moyes, for either wanting him or not blocking it

I literally said the right to expect.... but human rights too since you asked

You'd imagine given the relatively low fee, and the player's likely desire to join us, that if this was something we were pursuing as a key signing we'd have it sown up by now.

Here's hoping we've been looking at him as a low fee option to release funds elsewhere in the squad, but will now move on to a much more desirable and higher quality player.

Apparently Celtic don’t want to sell him until after their champions league playoff we should swerve this lad
