The fixtures have fallen very kindly for spurs.
I’m not thinking they’ve turned a corner because they beat wolves and a second string on the beach villa, but winning two in a row at this stage of the season is huge.

Shame it couldn't be Forest now , but at least sky won't be able to build the last day up.
Re: 25-26 Relegation Thread
Are we now at a point where we want West Ham to tank so that Spurs have nothing to play for last game?

Someone with a very big flashy stadium is going down to the championship now.

Sun 14:00 Notts Forest v Newcastle
Sun 14:00 West Ham v Arsenal
Mon 20:00 Tottenham v Leeds
Probably worth keeping Forest on this another week but I'm sure they'll be okay now.
It's looking pretty bad for West Ham now. You feel like it all depends on if they can get a big result at home against Arsenal. Spurs are effectively 2 points ahead with goal difference.
I think West Ham need to at least match Spurs' result otherwise they're toast.

West Ham are going to need some amazing performances plus some favours you'd think.
Best case for them is being within a win of overtaking Spurs last game and hope we do them a huge favour.
I kinda had pegged Spurs' best chance as making the most of the last two games and this upcoming one, but that was before Chelsea's form absolutely tanked so West Ham are really going to need Chelsea to turn it on for that fixture, or it'll all be done before the final game.

Spurs fixtures have gone from looking very tricky to looking pretty straightforward.
Villa and Chelsea away was always down as zero points for them, but now looks like it could be a pretty easy six points.

Shame it won't go to the wire. Not long ago this was looking like the best relegation fight in years.

One thing I would say is that Spurs' record at Stamford Bridge in the Prem is an absolute atrocity, no matter how good/bad the teams have been in comparison to each other.
The record is 32 played, 1 win, 11 draws, 20 defeats.
And their fans obviously hate each other. As terrible as Chelsea have been lately, they will be incredibly motivated for that game and their fans won't let them sleepwalk to another 3-0 defeat. I think Chelsea will win that game.

Could easily see West Ham getting something in either/both of those games, and could easily see Leeds getting something against Spurs. Leeds are a tricky proposition. Spurs will be under a lot of pressure at home. Leeds love spoiling a party.
