You need decent finishers to achieve decent assist stats. What is he like on key chances created? Probably fairer.

State of Grealish there.Matt1878 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 13, 2025 5:06 pm https://www.fotmob.com/en-GB/leagues/47 ... ier-league

2 chances created per game whilst being doubled up on most of the time.
Imagine his stats with an overlapping threat at lb!
Re: Iliman Ndiaye
I think there is an argument that he should be on the left and we try Grealish in the middle or on the right.
I love Grealish but honestly think Ndiaye is our best/most effective player and we've moved him from his best spot to accommodate Grealish.

Re: Iliman Ndiaye
We were just outside the top 4 last week. What we're doing with Ndiaye and Grealish seems to be working, the main issue is what is going on (or not) in the box and the quality of the players expected to overlap them.

Re: Iliman Ndiaye
Has anyone ever seen him play the CF position that dominated his career before he came to us? Strikes me as odd that we have a player capable of scoring goals not being played there, taking the right winger position which means a £40m right winger we bought in the summer can't get any game time.
With Grealish on the left, it seems to me we already have an option to try something that might work, but for whatever reason we won't try.
Are the stats lying? Was Skilliman actually shit as a CF?

Re: Iliman Ndiaye
Pretty sure he played as the support striker so whilst he may have played the odd game as a lone striker I'm pretty sure he was mainly a Doucoure type attacker, not an out and out striker.NomadskiEFC wrote: ↑Sun Dec 14, 2025 11:07 pm Has anyone ever seen him play the CF position that dominated his career before he came to us? He's also played there for us and was pretty poor.
Great player but out wide seems to definitely be his best position at this level.
