Next five matches

Post

Spurs -away
Man City- home
Wolves -away
Villa- home
Fulham- away

Depending on injuries can’t see much more than four or five points here ?

Don't we have City at home after Spurs?

Would expect us to beat Wolves away from home. With Silva's record against Dyche then probably looking at a point from Fulham at best.

Lucky to play Man City straight after they come back from Saudi Arabia. Every chance of a great result there but after losing 0-3 to Man United then I've accepted we just aren't a club who takes advantage of weird situations. Think Spurs is a nailed on defeat. Villa aren't as great on the road, can't really predict that one.

I don't think 4 points would be too bad.

With players fit and available, I think 9/10 points could be manageable there given how good our away form is. With Doucoure out, and Gana missing a couple of those games at AFCON, it's a much bigger ask.

I expect our league form might slightly tail off for the next few games, so would be ok with maybe 5 points from those games.

Iove to get 6 but probably only 2, it's Feb then and the reverse fix against Spurs and City.

Could be right in the mix or practically safe, 16 +6 22 then our 10pts back lol 32pts.

Oh and progress in the cup v Palace a must

I'd take 5 points all day long, injuries, fatigue and tricky games will make this a tough run.

Fully expect a drop off in form, the football to be a bit turgid, and looking to not lose games rather than win them.

5 points is very optimistic. Even Wolves away is going to be tough going IMO.

Can see us easily only getting 1 pt but there is always a game in a group of fixtures where the result surprises us, one way or the other so I'll go with a mad, mad, mad, mad 4 point prediction haul.
