James Tarkowski
Re: James Tarkowski
Shame about the signal interference at JLA, but
the mobile reception at Goodison would be improved drastically.
Re: James Tarkowski
Got a lot of stick from the fans, puts a blammo in against the shite in the last second, gives it the big one to the fans.
Deserves that moment. Some finish.

Re: James Tarkowski
Apparently that was his 100th consecutive game since signing and possibly he’s played every minute of those games. That is some record.

Re: James Tarkowski
Just watched the 'all angles' video on YouTube and it's mad to watch where Tarks is when Young sends the ball over initially, he's all the way back in central defence and joint furthest away from their goal. Then he just sort of randomly wanders forward amd keeps going until he ends up in exactly the right place to score an absolute banger.
Hadn't really realised at the time where he'd appeared from or given it much thought until others mentioned it on the match day thread.
Was clearly just meant to be!

For him to then randomly jog on forward authentication perfect speed to avoid anyone noticing him and also to arrive in the exact spot where the ball drops is one of those things that makes you think there's something controlling everything.

Yeah I saw this but couldn't remember who'd said it and then when I watch watched the all angles it popped back in to my head.
What a moment eh? Sometimes these random unexpected and unlikely moments are what brings you the most joy.
We all want to see good football, but a lumped ball in the box smashed home on the volley by a stray centre back in the 97th minute can be way more beautiful.
