Still nothing will happen like. Its a shame.
Man City Suing Premier League

Agree with you mate but as you say it is a shame and in the real world, you would at least hope that the case(s) would have been heard by now.

Sure has thought the little weasel fucker said they had a date, all meh , should have well been sorted out in the off season.

To be fair I heard August 2025. Don't know why it would take that long anyway even if that is the agreed date.weimaranerblues wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 6:25 pm Sure has thought the little weasel fucker said they had a date, all meh , should have well been sorted out in the off season.
Re: Man City Suing Premier League
In light of the manufactured delays and spurious counter claims, perhaps the onus should be flipped and placed on the club to prove they haven't done what has been accused of them, by a certain reasonable date, else they don't get to participate in any comp within the football pyramid from this season onward.
Things might move a little quicker.
19 other clubs would surely agree to that, but then ironically they might reasonably be able to claim they're in the minority and unfairly treated by the majority.

Wonder if this will include any of the court hearings regarding the 115 charges?

And an appeal settled by the middle of 2028?
I assume City could make an appeal on each individual charge of which they are convicted? If so, it'll just drag on forever. After all the shenanigans of last season I still can't claim to understand what PSR is or what the point of it is and I don't have any faith in the process whatsoever.
In a world full of adversity, we must still dare to dream.
