Knee slide goal celebrations. Have a bit of creativity and originality. Every fucker does them. They do them in the U21s now, to about 12 people watching.
I now enjoy it when the turf is quite firm, and their knees stick in the grass and they fall forwards.
Karate kick a corner flag or summat. Anything other than knee slides, you absolute sheep.

Knee slides are about the only thing you don’t get booked for these days though

I respect BD but I can't get behind the knee slides shout. 100% disagree. There's few things more euphoric than the much heralded knee slide.

Just to clarify, it's not the knee slide per se that does my head in, it's the ubiquity of the knee slide.

I respect Shogs but, no, sorry don’t get euphoric from a knee slide. Tedious, boring, passionless and, frankly, a bit smug. Give me Seamus kicking the advertising hoarding anytime!

Gyokeres 'face mask'
Cristiano Ronaldo 'siu'
Cole Palmer 'shivering'
Mbappe 'crossed arms kneeslide'
Haaland 'yoga pose'
And one of them hasn't been trademarked...not who I'd have suspected either but...
What a load of absolute horseshit.

Give me a knee slide over some stupid 'oooh look how cool I am' pose for the cameras.
Every goal should just be someone wheeling away in pure joy for me. Imagine scoring a goal at that level and the first thing you think about is doing your lame trademark pose. Fucking bell ends the lot of them.

Goal celebrations in general. Causes players to switch off and struggle to regain their focus - there’s a reason why you’re most vulnerable to concede after you score. Just do something simple and get your head back on the game

The way every interview with a footballer seems to start with them giving a clap to the camera.

Goalkeepers being way over the line when they kick the ball from their hands and not being punished.

Yeah noticed this too. I always remember Southall getting penalised for this against Forest around 89/90. Threw the ball out at the edge of the area and got flagged by the lino I think for still touching it over the line.
