He’ll show himself to be the scumbag he always has been now he doesn’t have that massive footballer wage to fall back on.
Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Done a great job of turning around the narrative after he almost killed an innocent young guy.

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
I have trouble believing no one better than him applied for the job. I have trouble believing he did a cracking interview that convinced the club to give him a chance.
There are some really good coaches out of work and some superb ones doing a great job on peanuts in non league.
He is one of the last ex pros I would ever consider to be a manager. I thought they might end up giving him a bit longer as they had taken the leap and this might make them look daft but all the social media nonsense probably gave them the excuse to get rid quick sharp.

In a world full of adversity, we must still dare to dream.

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Finally a reasonably solid appointment at Forest Green, probably too late now though and he was available when they get rid of Ferguson so it's their own fault if they go down for making stupid appointments.

Big moment for us both, fingers crossed. Nice to at last have someone I care about in the dugout, it's been a while. Seems like a very good appointment for us and a great opportunity for Carsley. Hopefully, coming from managing England's U-21s will be good thing as he won't have to adjust from the every day involvement of club football. God, I want this to work!
