How is everyone planning to get to the new stadium for games this season?

Train, drive, walk, bike or bus?

2nd test event was challenging. I live near Manchester Airport these days and will probably drive and park at Liverpool South Parkway and jump train to Sandhill's assuming the trains are better now?

Other options are getting train into Lime street but that means changing at Crewe or going any to manchester which is a ballache and not ideal with an 8 year old as it can take nearly 2 hours.

Train to lime st for me, couple of pints in town then jump on at central to Sandhills. Getting there should be relatively straightforward with staggered arrival times. After the games will be where the fun starts. Will only be heightened for night games too

Moorfields, hope the Old Hall street exit is open and then walking from there.

Alternatively park at costco, get a hot dog and walk up

Normally I'd just get the train to Lime Street from Rainhill and walk out, stopping for a pint of two. I've got to get away handy on Saturday so I've just paid £12 to book at Q park off Dale Street. Dead easy to do

I'm pretty sure Costco has installed NPR parking, 2 hours max stay.

Gonna bus it into town and walk. Gonna swerve the legends game so hopefully isn’t too crazy getting out

15 POUNDS but 250 DOLLARS for the season? 🤔

Haha.

I'd imagine loads of these types of things will pop up.

Will suss it out when I get there, if massive queue will walk to Moorfield and join a massive queue for Sandhills, if that’s too massive will wait 45 mins for an Uber that won’t be able to get within half a mile of BMD, should get there for half time !

Not sure how old/fit you are but a gentle stroll calling in at the ship and mitre en route is my suggestion. Took us about 35 mins from Lime Street
