Moyes isnt going to say it in public but he definitely thinks hes been a bit shit, like the majority of the fanbase. Hes just saying manager things.

I'm not sure it's even an age or new league thing, his attitude and maturity has come across as questionable at times, culminating in the whole Arsenal saga plus he's dropped in a couple of really poor perfomances since then, prove the fans wrong, don't give them more to moan about. Add to that sulking whenever he gets subbed and that game where he sat with his shirt over his head for the rest of the game all just comes across that he's quite hard work. I think it's going to be very hard for him to get the fans back onside if he stays beyond the summer.

I think attitude and maturity are definitely undeveloped for a 23 year old, but people mature at different ages.

I'd imagine his confidence is on the floor too.

Maybe we'll never get to see what he could potentially be here, but he scored 14 in 33 at 21 years old for Basel, and 11 in 35 for Villarreal, which suggests there's a player in there.

It’s really just a matter of Moyes’ willingness to keep working with him.

The application is inconsistent and that’s the reason why he’s spent so much time on the bench.

Despite that and despite not really settling or showing anything like his best, he’s right in the mix to finish as top scorer.

There’s a player here but maybe not for Everton. We’ll see.
