They didn't rate Rohl but I'd bet he'll go on to manage at a far higher level than McInnes ever has or will.

McInnes has won next to fuck all, his level is Aberdeen and Kilmarnock, he got lucky last year because Celtic shot themselves in the foot with Nancy, had they kept O'Neill the league would have been won before the split.

McInnes's reign is starting to get a bit of a wiff of Russell Martin about it.

Yeah, he's going to need more than old club traditions to be a success.

I don't know who stopped it eventually but it used to be a big thing at Rangers, all the players and coaches arrived for the game in their suits.

Everton legend Gary Naysmith currently overseeing his Ayr Utd team leading Kilmarnock 2-1. Doesn't look a day over 70 either.
