There's no doubt that Pickford is by far England's best 'keeper. But you have to admit it's hardly a vintage crop.

Those player ratings are funny. What is the scale when Jordan Henderson gets a 4 and Pickford a 6? Henderson played about 10 mins, got booked while on the sidelines and broke his wrist.

Quansah got a 6 for getting sent off and being generally poor. Chalobah got 5 for coming on for 5 mins and getting rinsed by Upamecano for the 4th French goal.
