Genuinely think, when the time comes, you'd be asking for £100m.

I think that's too high even though I think he's absolutely class... He'll be gone in the summer and that's not enough time to generate that level of fee.

I'd imagine £60m but with add ons raising it to around the £75m mark.

I really don't think it is, Andy.

English premium, left sided CB quite rare, young, prices that clubs like Chelsea and Man U pay for players. We don't want to sell, so you have to go above and beyond to get him. I think £100m is fine.

The fact he signed a new contract a few months back helps us massively.

I get the need to make one more big sale to balance the books but we still hold the cards here and shouldn't be having our bellies tickled.

My only worry is if someone tries their hand in Jan and he has his head turned slightly.

How much did Maguire go for years and years ago? Given the inflation, I'd definitely be thinking around 100 mil. If nobody wants to pay that, more than happy to keep him around...in fact I'd rather he did.

And if Chelsea come asking, then 200 million.

Maguire was a 26 year old title winning England international when Utd bought him. He'll go for big money but let's just enjoy him while we can.

Exactly, Branthwaite has played something like 14 games and has zero international experience and hardly any European.

Martinez signed for Man U for approx £50m.

Declan Rice was £115m.

Gvardiol was £90m.

I think somewhere in-between Martinez and Gvardiol would be about right... Can't see him being worth only £15m less than Rice whose got a wealth of experience across premier league, international and europen footy.

He didn't win the title at Leicester, he was still at Hull.

They won the league with Robert Huth and Wes Morgan at CB, IIRC.
