I think we leave ourselves exposed if both Tim and Alcaraz go.
We then have 6 players for 3 positions and injuries and suspensions eat away at that across a whole season.
If they weren't both entering their final year I'd keep Tim but needs must if we want to be smart in terms of squad rotation.
Need to find a buyer for Alcaraz but even so I think Moyes would be comfortable moving Ndiaye, Dibling, or Grealish (if he joins) into the 10 behind the striker.

We've got a good young quintet of midfielders (Alcaraz, Tim, Rohl, Armstrong, Hackney) who are all probably competing for the same playing time that they need to develop.
Keep:
Hackney - just signed and is presumably front of the queue for game time.
Rohl was only just signed for a decent wedge and he's got more versatility so is very useful to the squad.
Armstrong is homegrown, youngest, cheapest wages and can go on loan for development time.
For sale
Iroegbunam has enough potential that we could get some decent money for him but doesn't offer anything that we don't have through Hackney, Rohl and Armstrong.
Alcaraz only has a year left and we won't get much for him but I'm sure we're open for offers.
Iroegbunam is unlucky as he's shown glimpses of being a capable PL midfielder but he'll only improve if he's starting every week and he's not good enough to do that for us. We might well look at him in 2 years and wish we'd kept him but cashing in is the right call if there's a decent offer.

If we could sell Tim and get c£20m and put that towards a top drawer young right back I think everyone would do it.
Instead we'll buy a cheaper stop gap right back, sell Tim and then dilly dally on how to strengthen and start the season short.

I actually think I’d be willing to take £10-12m today with a decent sell-on clause.
Given a full year to do what he does best regularly, he could be worth quite a bit more in the future. I think we’d be wise to a hedge a bit, we could be selling a fairly valuable player here if the mental side of his game keeps coming along.
I think Ndiaye will be our big sale for the summer that allows us to consider spending. I get the feeling he’s done here and ready for a new challenge and it’s the right moment to cash in for peak value.

Really want him to go there and spend that money on a left back and send Anzou on loan, assuming we have money for a RB

£20m would be brilliant for us

£20 million in for Tim would mean we could spend £200 million on players according to the Chelsea squad cost ratio multipler.

I'm not sure what they're offering, but it'll be acceptable. Take it and move on

Goodbye Tim, hello Munoz.
I think we'd all take that.

Yeah he's been a success.
Only here due to a PSR deal that worked out better for us.
There's a player in there but he isn't consistent enough to be a top player, doesn't have it in the brain.
Sell and reinvest wisely.

15+ according to various reports, probably on the light side, but think it's still worth taking
