Gas how any bad press about dyche immediately dismissed by some here like he couldn’t possibly be that type of person
It’s the daily mail mate.
I think people are well wishing their right to take no notice of anything that paper says. Especially when it comes to Matt Hughes.

Like I said too much reporting on it for it to be nothing let’s see whether he puts Patterson in next after the bust up

Ah yes, must’ve been a bust up if he doesn’t pick the player he hasn’t been picking for ages anyway

Hopefully Dyche's inherent need to prove he has everything under control and there's no drama forces him to start Patto next match!

Too much reporting ? anything other than what was in the Daily Mail was simply quoting what the Daily Mail printed, but yeah,
if he doesn’t pick the player that he hasn’t been picking all season you will have proved your point

Not a great look, even if it was minor. It's just not a way to conduct yourself.
However, we really can't compare a footballing trip away (even a professional one) to our everyday jobs. Whether we like it or not it will be a hugely different environment. One that most of us would likely feel is inappropriate in a work climate, given how work culture has changed over the past couple of generations.
A storm in a teacup I'm sure, but still something we (and the squad) could do without.

Mate, work culture hasn’t just changed over the past couple of generations, it has changed within the last couple of decades.

Think jocular manhandling also goes down better the more you are liked within the group in my experience.

There's jocular manhandling added to my vernacular. Ooft.

"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story. Nothing in it really, I tapped him on the head like an older brother would and he didn't get the joke. It's really that simple."

Nowt wrong with his explanation, you come back from the loo, playful slap on the head of a guy you think is old enough to take a joke, kid has a problem with it, nothing to see here.
