Personally I don't think the video will hold up in court.

It doesn't show his face. If he went with the angle that he was sent that video and he uploaded because he thought it was funny. I think there is enough doubt there for it to be overturned.

I've seen judges overturn much stronger cases.

I think he's admitted it, been processed by the police and has been fined, plus paid for the meal. That's robbery in itself but a different case

The click whore should have made a second video of himself going back to get the coffee, telling the lad he forgot, and kept that video for himself as his own evidence. Then the click whore could have just fessed up to being a click whore and the club could have said, “Fine. You just have to wear a Libpewl shirt with 1 ClickWhore on the back to all home games for the first season.”

At least the touts managed to get some judging by some resale sites.

Not had one yet from Everton. Saw some fella was selling 6 seats together in Top Balcony at 900 each. How the fuck has he got those tickets.

Me missing out is fair do's. Plenty more deserving than me but to see them straight on the fucking tout platforms is infuriating.

Still no email for me. Convinced now not only am i going but ive won a prize to start at RB in the final game.

I had to email them in the end, just emailed back a few minutes later with the unsuccessful message.
