Never buy a striker from Turkey. Especially not in January.
Do sell Beto to Turkey if there’s an appropriate offer though.

I always have a red flag in my head when we’re linked with players in the Turkish or Portuguese leagues. I’m sure someone with greater football knowledge can point out successes, but top of my head they always seem to struggle here.

The list did also include Jamie Vardy, Igor Jesus, Patrick Schick and Olivier Giroud who are all wildly different players, so it's tough to really take it too seriously...
