Any news on players?

Both games yeah - we were talking earlier about how it's a bit of a see-through ploy to stagger people leaving (legends are on after the friendly).

Only the managers confirmed (Reid v Capello) and captains (Jags & Candela)

Those players are fine.

We haven’t won anything for 30 years so we’re not getting any proper “legends” to play.

It will be players from our era who can still do a bit.

McFadden, Barry and Yakubu are players people still talk about.

Jan mucha though. Imagine a lot of keepers were busy that day.

Yeah I doubt any of our actual legends are able to really play to any sort of standard if at all nowadays, I just think using the term legends and then listing McFadden and Mucha in the team makes a bit of a mockery of the whole thing.

Appreciate they want a snazzy title so people buy tickets though.

Jan Mucha as a “legend”…interesting.

I hope they can get Baines and Pienaar to participate

Surprised we haven’t got Tim Howard. I imagine he was top of the wish list for goalkeepers.
