Dyche tends to be cautious and goes with what he knows initially.

With Ndiaye and Lindstrom, I think it might be similar to last season, where he didn't start with Branthwaite for a few games, despite it being painfully obvious that he should be in the team. That could also be wishful thinking on my part.
