Heard that on the radio earlier, seems a very odd appointment!

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Sounds like Ancelotti junior is going to be heading to Ibrox.

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Weird how they are having to choose between Ancelotti or Martin.
Anyway Heitinga leaves the shite to be head coach at Ajax

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Martin and Rodgers might do the impossible and make the Old Firm derby a boring affair.Gash wrote: ↑Tue Jun 03, 2025 11:09 am Sounds like Russell Martin is going to be Rangers manager.

I thought he was heading for Leicester, so their fans will be buzzing with missing out on him.
Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Not been a disaster but if you aren't even getting the playoffs at this point then no excuses really. Probably lived off that start he made there.

Hmmmmmm What a bizarre season from them. We trust you to win us the trophy but we don't trust you beyond that isn't a line often taken.
Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Frank leading candidate apparently.
So that's Brentford losing Flekken, Mbeumo and possibly Frank in one window.

Think his demeanour over the past few months indicated that he was going whether or not he won the EL.

Re: Manager Merry-Go-Round
Maybe the best outcome for him, as they'd probably have sacked him as soon as they lost a couple of games at the start of the season anyhow. This way he gets to leave on a high I guess.
It's a shame as Spurs likely are going to be moving up the league now. Frank or whoever I imagine will be competent enough to do that.
