Strength of the Prem's mid and lower table is ridiculous. Leeds should be 4-0 up there away at the 3rd placed team.

Would be down to one of Forest, West Ham and Spurs.

Spurs are in the worst form right now, but West Ham's run in is pretty tough (Palace away, Us at home, Brentford away, Arsenal at home, Newcastle away, Leeds at home) and Forest's isn't that much better especially if they keep going in the EL. Going to be really close, I doubt any of the three are going to be picking up too many points. 39 likely would be enough, could even be a lot less.
I don't think fixtures matter when you get to this point of the season. West Ham have been playing like a top 6 side for the last 3 months and I'll be shocked if they don't stay up. Forest seem to be doing enough at the moment.

To be fair it was nice bit of last ditch defending too, the ball just got away from him a little after doing a lot of the hard work of going around the keeper.

If Man United can get one back, there is a danger still Leeds get nervous.

Leeds have been really good here though. IF they can keep playing like this in the run in, they'll stay up.

Leeds will be absolutely fine, whatever happens in this match. It's between Spurs, West Ham and Forest.

"You ain't getting away with a hair pull" pretty sure a Leeds player did the other week like

But yeah that was pretty blatant from Martinez.

Oh come on.

What are we doing giving a red card for that.

I just can’t be having this being a red card.

He's looking at the ball fully, same as Keane, it shouldn't be a red

Terrible decision.

He's not looking at his hair at all, he's looking always at the ball, he just happens to grab it a bit by mistake. He probably thinks its his shirt.

Pathetic.

The hair pull rule is stupid. Should he a yellow unless it's an aggressive one. Arteta will be telling all his players to grown their hair ling at this rate.

Shogun wrote: Mon Apr 13, 2026 7:38 pm I remember being genuinely sad when it seemed like we were going down. Maybe the Europa League win will take the edge of it for them whereas never being relegated (PL) and the top flight seasons are one of the few things we have!
Same here, in all the close calls we've had i always had the gut feeling we'd get out of it, except for the time we didn't sack Lampard after the Bournemouth embarrassment.
By the time we did get rid of him i just couldn't see a way out.
Even after beating Arsenal in his first game couldn't help but spend most of what was left of the season trying to imagine what life would be like in the championship or even if we were heading for oblivion and the utter sadness was horrible.
When the ref gave Leicester that penalty when we were already 2-1 down i'd pretty much squared it with myself we were going and the sadness was overwhelming.
It was only when we went 3-0 up at brighton that i dared to believe we would get out of it.
I never want to feel like that again
