Thought he was ok this evening
That pass that George put through level to the Bournmouth box, perfectly weighted for Mykolenko to run on to but he just pulled up and made no effort whatsoever, George must have thought WTF ,

Was terrible this.
Will be the last time he tries that.

At that time I thought in my head he was thinking “Marc Cucurella would have been on the end of that”
Full Backs are absolutely the number 1 issue we need sorting
When it’s O’Brien and Mykolenko on either side, neither of them are comfortable on the ball or provide width. The play gets instantly slowed down the ball goes back inside and we lose momentum
Teams are onto them being our weak links, and as The Ram said, teams happily let them have the ball knowing they pose no threat at all
Another issue it creates is that it totally nullifies the threat of the wide players. You could see it with Grealish, how frustrated he was playing alongside Mykolenko, no overlap or width is offered and he refused to pass to him a lot of the time as he knew it was a complete waste of time - look at the difference in his game against Brighton at home with Garner there at left back
Equally though we’ve given Dibling, McNeil and now Ndiaye a bit of stick on that right hand side - again no overlap from O’Brien and no decent passing option so opposition easily nullify threat from that side as well as they know 1 player has to do all the attacking work on their own
O’Brien at least gets a slight pass as he’s not claiming he’s a right back. Mykolenko though has no real excuse other than he’s not good enough
I’ll be fuming if there’s not 2 new full backs next season

Dont think I've ever seen a worse crosser of the ball.
Every single one swings completely away from anywhere an attacker would be making a run and ends up almost outside the box.
Complete myth he's a good defender as well.
Absolutely shite and I can't wait to see the back of him.
