Interesting...been intersted in him previously.

Maybe wants more minutes.

But if they’re not playing Toure and see Beto as an upgrade - why would we do that deal?

All I know is they are both strikers tbh. Not really seen either of them play (I know what I said).

Different fits for different systems?

Yeah I think they're different players, and play in very different setups. El Bilal might find the draw of the Prem bigger and may be suited to our style.

The other thing is it might be financially driven, record the sale now (if we've actially paid) and expense it over a longer period. Dunno.

I'm not advocating for it necessarily, as they've both played about as much as each other and I havent seen El Bilal play much.

Toure is rapid better technically than Beto nowhere near as strong

Ok, but can he hit a barn door from 5 yards away?

Yes it doesn't reek of a part of a long term strategy driven by a director of football.

Speaking of Atalanta strikers, I can’t believe how hard Andrea Petagna fell off.

Fully expected him to have a productive career, looks like he gets passed around mid to bottom of the table Serie A clubs now.

Ah yeah, I remember when were linked with Touré before. I’d be up for this one.

Sounds like Toure has more about him in terms of hold up play and might even be a bit better in the air.

They’re a lot better with the ball than us, could offer better supply to someone who’s at his best running in behind the defense.

Could be mutually beneficial. I’m intrigued.

Yeah, looks good in the air from what I’ve seen

Unless Dom gets injured then I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see Beto again this season and definitely expect him to be gone (on loan) in January.
