Plus, it could negate a lot of those qualities of his that are better used further up the pitch.
He doesn't look anything like a CM to me, certainly not to sit next to Gana.

In the ten he's good on the break and he seems to have good decisions, but...would you drop any of the other three for him? Probably not really.

🗣️ The Belgian didn't find the club that truly matches his ambitions this summer and prefers to wait for the next transfer windows to find the best project. #mercato #OL

He'd be better off taking double his money at a side at our level with a decent release clause.

He’ll keep putting up good numbers in the easier Ligue 1 and wait for a big move, not much gained by going to Spurs and risking flopping

Yeah, I know, man.

Still, cool to have options.

Although, I reckon Moyes will play him in the 10, and then 2 of Dibling, Grealish, and Ndiaye.

Don’t want to get carried away because we’ve had some many false dawns but the Grealish/ndyiae pivot could be special for us.

Already having Iliman as one of the best players I’ve seen play for us.

Looking forward to getting him infront of goal a lot more this season. Give him a contract so when clubs come calling we can make it difficult for them.

Just found out that the deadline is 7pm on Monday, September 1.

So less than a week for a DM and a RB and then whatever squad fillers we can get.

Quite glad it's 7PM TBH. Can't be arsed with staying up until 1 in the morning anymore

I used to like a drunken stay up all night, followed by a hazy morning fog of “Did that really happen? Or did I dream we signed someone called Marion Ferrari who looks like Screech from Saved By The Bell?”

Think the recent links to Ake and Lindelof (both left footed CB's) maybe gives a bit of truth to the rumor Branthwaite may be out for longer than expected.

In the Brighton presser, Moyes said Branthwaite was on the way but not yet fit.

We’ve missed out on Danny Ings… and Jamie Vardy looks like he’s off to Serie A…

Yeremy Pino to Palace for £26m, surely we would have looked at him. Suprised we have not been linked at all.

4 goals, 8 assists last season. Full Spanish international. £26m seems like a bargain. We have Dibling now though anyway.
