Does he have ties with a certain sanctioned oligarch but distant enough to avoid any scrutiny of where his money has been shipped from??

I wonder how much of a donation to the Tory party it would take to have Uncle Ali removed from the sanctions list ? I mean if it only costs £15 million to get away with a racial slur and incitement to shoot an MP then surely £10 million odd should do the trick ?

Just need to delete the x and replace it with twitter with what you have already done and you will post the tweet.

It's too much isn't it. I can barely make it past the opening paragraph of the weekly articles.

They reject and there’s a chance we go into administration as nobody else is injecting capital or interested in buying us, which is a massive stain on their reputation and rules

They accept and there’s a chance we go into administration in a year as 777 asset strip the fuck out of us and don’t pay any bills/fees owed etc and they get massively criticised for approving these clowns

So they’re just delaying as long as possible to avoid making a decision either way and then can hopefully blame 777 for walking away

About as vague an update as you could ever hope for from Bloomberg - the Premier Leage are "considering preparing a statement" - WTF
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/newslett ... ract-talks

Everton Blues
The Premier League has never before publicly turned down a bidder for one of its teams, despite having an Owners' and Directors' Test which all buyers must pass. That might change in the case of Miami-based 777, which is bidding for Everton.

So great has been the debate about 777's suitability to acquire Everton — in particular the source of the company's financing and its ability to provide sustainable working capital to Everton going forward, that the League, according to people close to the situation, is considering preparing a statement either way. It’s never bothered to explain itself before.

The League has been assessing the takeover for over six months, during which time 777 has lent over £150 million to keep Everton afloat. A similar probe into Jim Ratcliffe's suitability to buy a stake in Manchester United took only six weeks. While the PIF-led bid for Newcastle United went through an 18 month process.

The Premier League declined to comment. — David Hellier

The Premier League has never ''publicly'' turned down a bidder, being the key bit of information. I saw that Richard Scudamore said that the Premier League has actually declined plenty of prospective owners, and they have lots of paperwork in their offices which demonstrate that.

I still reckon this whole 'let the deal happen or Everton go bust' thing is being leaked by 777 to try force through a move.
