Think there is bias, there has always been that. Even if unconsciously done. Don't know how you can explain some decisions this season without it.

Mix in some incompetence and just varying opinions based on who is operating VAR and that's where we are.

I'd probably also add a feeling that VAR needs to make a decision. That they have the ability to call it right or wrong in any situation. Too often, I don't think they know how to say "actually, we're not sure".
