Leeds 3-0 Wolves
Tottenham 2-2 Brighton
Nottingham Forest 4-1 Burnley
Crystal Palace 0-0 West Ham

A great weekend for Leeds and Forest. An okay weekend for West Ham. A bad weekend for Tottenham.

Weds 20:00 Bournemouth v Leeds
Fri 20:00 Sunderland v Forest
Sat 15:00 West Ham v Everton
Sat 15:00 Wolves v Spurs

Feels like a pretty crucial round of games for Spurs coming up. Would say Leeds are probably out of it now but need a couple of points to make sure. Forest have given themselves breathing room but could well be Leeds 39, Forest 36, West Ham 36/34 and Spurs 34 after those fixtures, so who knows.

---

Think the big bonus for West Ham is that the Newcastle away game they'll be coming up against a bottom half team with absolutely nothing to play for who have been struggling and then they're at home against a Leeds side that will probably be safe at that point.

I think it's also unlikely Spurs take 9 points from those last 5 fixtures after going 15 without a win and they might need to.
Chelsea suddenly looking like an easy 3 pts for everyone now.

Bournemouth 2-2 Leeds
Sunderland 0-5 Nottingham Forest
West Ham 2-1 Everton
Wolves 0-1 Spurs

---

Fri 20:00 Leeds v Burnley
Sat 15:00 Brentford v West Ham
Sun 19:00 Aston Villa v Tottenham
Mon 15:00 Chelsea v Nottingham Forest

This is the issue with Spurs falling into the relegation zone. They've finally got that win and could well go on a run but all the other 3 teams are playing well and we're at the point of the season where 'difficulty' of fixtures don't really matter all that much compared to form.

They also play after West Ham next, so they could be in a position where they're 5 points off by the time they kick off and that adds a lot of pressure.

West Ham have only lost 3 of their last 13 league matches. I can very much seen 7 points in those last 3 matches. Are Spurs going to suddenly win 3 of their last 4 (4 of their last 5 after today) to finish above West Ham if that happens?

Forest could still be in trouble. As long as they don't fuck up against Burnley then Leeds should be good.

This would make up for Spurs not going down.

Really hard to predict.

You could give a decent argument either way for some of these fixtures. Would be pretty surprised if with West Ham's next two games being away to Brentford who tonked them I think in one of Nuno's earlier games and home to Arsenal they could pull away in that scenario.

As it stands, I still think it goes to the final game as I don't know if anyone really pulls away.

Ideal for Spurs, we’re already on the beach, by then we’ll be five cocktails deep and having an afternoon nap

We’d still probably beat them in that condition

Think spurs win tonight.

Villa have nothing to play for in the league and will be focused on the semi final.

Just all about west ham and if they can get a result away at Brentford which is a hard game for them.

Is anyone talking about Newcastle? 8 points ahead of Spurs. Last 4 matches Brighton H, Forest A, West Ham H, Fulham A

Can't see a world where both West Ham and Spurs both overtake them, but also imagine if they lose to Brighton today Howe will be shown the door.

Must be a 100s to 1 for them to lose all 4 and spurs get 9 points plus

Depends how seriously Villa take the game.

One eye on the second leg for me.

Big big chance for Spurs here.
