25 May: Final Premier League games
28 May: Conference League final: Chelsea v Real Betis
4-10 June: Six-day England camp
15 June-13 July: Club World Cup, including Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, plus others
10 August: Community Shield
15 August: Premier League season starts

And then next summer everyone will wonder why the players all look tired.

Nothing stopping the players refusing to play.

I see Tuchel is even more positive than Southgate… we shouldn’t expect too much against the mighty Andorra

I know it’s only Andorra but that’s an abomination of a team

He may end up winning the tournament but until then they might as well have just stuck with Southgate.

We’re never winning anything with Henderson standing in midfield pointing and doing fuck all else, or with Burn at the back, or some competition winner at right back

Very little love for England. Load of unlikeable players, awful football, endless disappointment. On top of that though I think tuchel is gonna prove to be a big disappointment, his bias towards the best teams and Chelsea seems even worse than previous managers. I find myself hoping England lose at this point

Its fucking shite.

Most exciting load of English talent in my life time and fucking Henderson is in the middle.

Baffling.

Tuchel will do what he's been hired to do. Players love him at clubs and he's loyal to them. Wouldn't at all be surprised if Henderson, Walker and Toney are at the world cup.

He doesn't care about these matches, how they play or building for the future. Plenty of talent still and he will be trying to build up a certain mentality of arrogance and trust in the squad for 2026.

Shame for the much better and younger players but that is what the FA have decided and anything less than winning the world cup will be a failure and probably have put back the national team a couple of years.
